Operator experience
meets data systems.
A decade between the lab bench and the field, with experience in quality, safety, and operations, and interest in how data and systems work can support industrial roles.
§ Background01
Over a decade in industrial facilities, from coating process equipment at refineries to running analytical tests in petrochemical labs. Hands-on experience with quality, safety, and operations developed through work in industrial facilities.
§ Current Role02
Supporting polymer and glycol production at one of the Gulf Coast's largest integrated complexes. Product release decisions. Cross-functional coordination. Emergency response when the radio calls.
§ The Crossover03
NREMT, FAA Part 107 remote pilot, lab POC. Five domains that don't usually overlap, on one badge. I take initiative on cross-functional coordination and quality matters through reliability and follow-through.
§ Where I'm Headed04
Pursuing a BS in Computer Science at WGU, with focus on programming, data systems, and AI/ML concepts. Interest in applying operational experience to data-driven improvements in quality and industrial processes.
Reliable coordination
across teams.
Three principles that show up on every shift, before anyone is watching.
Reliability on the line.
Be the person the team relies on at 2 a.m. When things go sideways on night shift, they need someone steady, clear comms, no ego, follow-through without being asked.
Voluntary ownership.
Take the work beyond the job description. Coordinate sample priorities as POC. Coach peers on safety during turnarounds. Step up when supervision is needed, not because someone assigned it, but because the work matters.
Cross-team translation.
Speak across teams with different priorities and vocabularies. Translate lab results for operations. Align with engineering on quality holds. Brief business on product status. Make sure the right information reaches the right people.
See it
in action.
A decade of receipts, from permit-writing crews to polymer-grade releases.
